Caulking Services

Our caulking specialists are trained in both general and high-access work and hold EWP and White Card certifications. We provide sealing and joint treatments for both new construction and remedial jobs.

Our caulking services include:

Precast Panel Caulking – We seal gaps and joints between large concrete panels to ensure water tightness, durability, and structural integrity on commercial or industrial buildings.
Brick Articulation Joint Caulking – Prevent cracking and movement in brickwork by sealing the control joints between brick segments with flexible and UV-stable caulking products.
Interior Caulking – Just finished building or renovating? Whether it’s your new or existing bathroom, kitchen, powder room or skirting around timber floors, we apply clean, mould-resistant finishes around sinks, splashbacks, floor-to-wall transitions and cabinetry.
Cladding & Gutter Caulking – If your Matrix Cladding or roof gutter junctions are unfinished or leaking, we apply appropriate caulking to seal external joints and prevent water ingress. Ideal for both new builds and remedial sealing

Waterproofing Services

Our waterproofing team is Certificate III qualified in Construction Waterproofing and highly experienced with both new installs and remedial repairs. We waterproof in accordance with AS 3740:2021, AS 4654.2:2012, and relevant NCC guidelines.

Our waterproofing services include:

Bathroom Waterproofing – We offer certified waterproofing for domestic wet areas like showers, toilets, and laundries. All work is performed according to Australian Standards (AS 3740) and TDS specifications for each membrane system used.
Balcony Waterproofing – External waterproofing for tiled balconies, decks, podiums and terraces using Class II membranes. We comply with AS 4654.2:2012 for long-term weatherproofing.
Roof Waterproofing / Torch-On Membranes – Whether you’re building a new flat roof or need to repair an existing leaky one, we apply torch-on membranes or PVC-based systems with full surface preparation and detailing.
Basement & Retaining Wall Waterproofing – Below-ground structures are vulnerable to rising damp and hydrostatic pressure. We install sheet membranes, bituminous coatings, or hybrid systems depending on the job conditions and remedial need.

Each of our waterproofing services can be applied for both new construction and remedial applications, where past systems have failed or need an upgrade.
