Every job we undertake, whether it’s waterproofing, caulking, or remedial work, comes with a warranty tailored to the products used and the nature of the work. We align our warranty coverage with manufacturer guidelines, industry best practices, and the Australian Standards, including:
- AS 3740:2021 – Waterproofing of domestic wet areas
- AS 4654.2:2012 – Waterproofing membranes for external above-ground use
- National Construction Code (NCC) guidelines for compliance
How Our Warranty Works
- We offer a standard warranty based on the type of membrane or sealant used and its expected performance.
- Most waterproofing jobs are covered for up to 7 years, as recommended under industry standards and product manufacturer warranties.
- Caulking and sealing work is typically covered for 2 to 5 years, depending on location (internal vs external), exposure, and movement tolerance.
- For remedial jobs or projects involving previously compromised substrates, the warranty may vary or be limited depending on the condition of the surface.
